Property Access & Safety: For all scheduled pool service visits (openings, closings, weekly maintenance, or equipment repair), the property owner or authorized client agrees to provide safe, unimpeded access to the swimming pool area, equipment pad, electrical disconnects, and outdoor water source (including unlocking gates and restraining household pets).

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law in Connecticut and New York, Perfect Pools CT, its owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our website, electronic communications, or services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
