Where are you located? Do you have an office I can visit?
We don’t have a customer showroom or a physical office to visit. Our team comes to you.
What services do you offer?
Weekly pool maintenance, spring pool openings, fall closings, equipment repair for pumps, filters, heaters and automation, salt system service, chemical balancing, green pool cleanup, and hot tub service. We also offer property care like lawn care and yard cleanups.
How often should my pool be serviced?
Most residential pools do best with weekly service during the season, May through October. Weekly visits cover water testing, skimming, vacuuming, and equipment checks.
Do you do pool openings and closings?
Yes. We do spring openings and fall winterizations, tailored to your equipment and cover type.
How do I get a quote?
Call (203) 424-1258 or email [email protected] with your name, address, phone and email, your pool or hot tub type (gunite/plaster, vinyl liner or fiberglass, and whether it has a spa), approximate size, filter type, chlorine or salt, and what you need: ongoing maintenance, repair or an upgrade. We follow up within 24 hours.
Can I schedule online?
We schedule directly with clients so we can keep our routes and arrival times consistent. Call or email us and we’ll get you set up.
Are you insured?
Yes, we are fully insured and bonded, and certificates are available on request.
How long have you been in business?
We’re family-run, started by three brothers in 2012, and became Perfect Pools LLC in 2016.
Pool Care Questions
When should my pool be opened in Connecticut?
Most pools open between mid-April and late May, once daytime highs hold in the 60s and 70s, with swimming usually starting around Memorial Day. See our guide to opening a pool in Connecticut.
When should my pool be closed for the season?

How much does pool service cost?

Can I take care of my pool myself?

Why did my pool turn green, and how is it fixed?
Usually low chlorine, high pH or stabilizer, or poor circulation. The fix is balance, brushing, a heavy shock, and filtering. See how to fix a green pool.
Is a salt water pool better than a chlorine pool?
Neither is universally better. A salt system makes chlorine on site, which suits owners who want steadier chlorine and less handling, at a higher upfront cost. See salt water vs chlorine pools.
How long should I run my pool pump?
Most pools need roughly 8 to 12 hours a day in season on a single-speed pump, and a variable-speed pump can run longer at far lower power. See how long to run a pool pump.

Do I need a fence around my pool?
